Sitework for new apartment buildings and parking garage in downtown Winchester. Site has remains of demolished businesses and existing utilities. Our work includes demo/relocating/installing wet & dry utilities for the new buildings. It also includes undercut/backfill of unsuitable materials to achieve stable subgrade. Our scope includes restoration – concrete and pavement finish work.

Sitework for two new buildings on the existing hospital campus. Work includes grading for basement at the Rehab building which is adjacent to the existing parking garage, relocating/installing wet & dry utilities to make room for the new buildings, demolition of existing parking lots and construction of new parking lots and construction of new parking lots. Working around the public to make all this happen safely.
