Perry Engineering was formed by Ferman Perry in 1951 to provide site development services in the Winchester, Virginia area. Since its inception the company has grown steadily to service a much larger geographical area and expand the scope of services provided, including the public sector.

Since 1951 we have earned a reputation for professionalism and quality workmanship in the construction field. I am a firm believer that quality work can only be performed by quality personnel; this is why we have concentrated our efforts in building an experienced and competent team of construction professionals. We are proud of the fact that many of our employees have been with the company for over 20 years, and that the average length of service of our management and supervisory personnel is nearly 15 years. Dedicated and experienced personnel such as these are a great asset to our company.
