Our work includes demo/relocating/installing wet & dry utilities for the new buildings. It also includes undercut/backfill of unsuitable materials to achieve stable subgrade. Our scope includes restoration – concrete and pavement finish work.

Sitework for 83,000 sf building - including site grading, underground utilities – storm, sanitary and water, site concrete, asphalt paving and restoration. The site is very rocky and located around many existing utilities and buildings making blasting difficult and requiring a lot of hoe ramming to obtain grades.

Reconstruction of ex. road, approx. 1.2 miles, widening and raising the grade of the road while maintaining safe travel for those using the roadway. Includes replacing the ex. box culvert with a new arch culvert including shoring to stabilize roadway. Import of 54,000 cy of shale fill to build up roadway.

Construction of approximately 10,000 lf of 8′ wide asphalt trail. Project also includes 2 ea pedestrian bridges and a floating walkway thru the wetlands. Trail winds thru the perimeter property of the museum. This project is part of the Green Trail system.
