Project Description: Sitework for construction of new airport terminal building on 2 acre site.  This is phase 2 of multiphase project with future terminal building construction phase yet to bid out.  Work includes demolition of ex. Terminal parking lot and building canopy, site grading, underground utilities – storm, sanitary, and water, site concrete, asphalt paving, electrical, site lighting and restoration.  This project is to be constructed in 4 phases.
