Construction of Hope Drive between Valley Avenue and Pleasant Valley Road. Includes new asphalt road, site concrete, storm, sanitary and water lines, new traffic signal, street lighting, landscaping, tunneling under railroad. Work to be done while maintaining traffic flow in the area.
