Project Description

Sitework for 10 retirement villas on a 21-acre site. Done in 2 phases. Work includes site grading, underground utilities – storm, sanitary and water, site concrete, asphalt paving and restoration. Site is very rocky and will include extensive mass blasting and hoe ramming to obtain grades.
