Perry Engineering has chosen Larry Shade as our Safe Employee of the Month. Larry has been employed with us for 20 years as a dozer operator. He was nominated by a site superintendent who wrote, “He built berms around the basement and loading dock excavations without being told to do so.” This helped to prevent excessive erosion during heavy rains and improved safety by protecting the edge of the excavation.
