But even more than that, we carry an unwavering responsibility to ourselves, our coworkers, our family, and our friends to make sure everyone goes home safe at the end of the day. With that thought in mind, we celebrated construction safety week by taking time to focus on how we achieve a safe job – planning, employee involvement, responsibility and accountability, and teamwork. Our safety culture is the keystone of a great safety program.
