Perry Engineering participated in the 2024 National Safety Stand-Down To Prevent Falls in Construction during the week of May 6-10. According to recent BLS statistics, falls account for 37% of all construction fatalities and are the leading cause of death for construction workers. The National Safety Stand-Down raises fall hazard awareness across the country in an effort to stop fall fatalities and injuries. Perry Engineering crews reviewed and discussed fall prevention measures during the stand-down. This was our 10^th year of participation.
