Project Description:  Sitework for 33,000 sf building including removal of existing fill, importing borrow, underground utilities, site concrete and paving.

Valley Health – SMH ED/MOB Expansion – Woodstock, VA

Route 522 Force Main Extension – Winchester, VA

Project Description:  Installing 3,500 lf of new force main in median of Rt. 522 and then installing approx. 2,400 lf of new force main thru existing shopping center to connect to existing line across Rt. 37.  Project includes 3 ea road bores.


During March and April, 2015, 21 of Perry’s supervisors participated in First Aid/CPR/AED training.  Beyond merely regulatory compliance, we believe providing this training to all supervisors helps to improve employee safety by having trained personnel immediately available in an emergency.  Each supervisor renews his training every 2 years.
