WMC – CANCER CENTER PARKING LOT ADDITION – Winchester, VA

Project Description:  Construction of parking lot addition in existing swell.  Work consists of installing double run of 400 lf of 60” HDPE to reroute storm water.  Parking lot installed over piping.  

CB VENTURES – Winchester, VA

 Project Description: Sitework for retail, restaurant and hotel.  Project consists of grading both onsite and within VDOT I-81 ROW.  Site utilities with offsite force main and gravity sewer, storm, and water.  Contract also includes site concrete, asphalt paving, and return topsoil and permanent seeding.

MUSEUM OF THE SHENANDOAH VALLEY TRAILS PH 2 – Winchester, VA

 Project Description: Sitework for new entrance road to Museum of the Shenandoah.  Work includes permeable paver parking lot, large underground stormwater collection system, grading, storm, sanitary and water utilities, and asphalt paving.
